Belinda Clear is an entrepreneur and model. Born and raised in a small farming community in northern Missouri, she enlisted in the Missouri Army National Guard at the age of 17 and served subsequently in the U.S. Army Reserves.
After graduating with her degree in HR Management and Graphic Art Management, she worked amongst some of the largest corporations in Kansas City before relocating near her family farm to found RURAL Mercantile, a lifestyle apparel company focusing on local influences.
Breaking the cycle of domestic violence and abuse at home, Belinda found the courage and motivation to overcome the adversity she faced while not only keeping her small business alive but to scale it to provide a livable income for her and her children.
She now owns and operates a clothing brand, store and coffee bar while balancing life as a single mom and traveling model.
She finds fulfillment in reaching and connecting with others through social media, most notably other small business owners both veteran and civilians alike to share her experiences and how to grow personally and professionally despite adversity.
